Bath City

Blogger Introduction

Hello! I’m Laura, I’m a Sales & Marketing Manager by day and a Beauty, fashion and lifestyle blogger by night! I’m not your conventional blogger, I don’t stick to schedules and themes – I post what I love when I’m loving it!

Why I chose to write about Bath…

Bath is always somewhere I’ve always absolutely loved – the culture, the architecture and the relaxed atmosphere just make it such an appealing city! We chose to go to Bath for our mini moon and its now our favourite place to be!

5 things to see and do in Bath

The Roman Baths

Have you even been to Bath if you’ve not experienced this! Not only is it an amazing piece of British history, but it’s just beautiful and so interesting to hear more about! They offer an audio guide as part of your ticket and it’s actually very good, well worth a listen and nothing like a school history lesson!

The Royal Crescent

AKA Instagram Dream! Bath’s most singularly impressive piece of architecture is, in fact, a half-ellipse! It’s dreamy to look at, is perfect for Insta and even has great doors for OOTD posts!

Thermae Bath Spa

I’m almost certain that this is an actual slice of heaven! Head over and have a dip in the lovely warm, natural, thermal waters with an open-air rooftop pool!

Alexandra Park

11 Acre’s of gorgeous park and woodland. Escape the world and just enjoy some quiet time walking around here!

Bath Abbey

WOW. Now I’m not religious in any way but this building knocks your socks off! It’s simply stunning and worth popping in for a little looksie!

Laura’s Recommendation for Food & Drink in Bath

If you don’t eat anywhere else….Aqua Restaurant! Set in an old church house, with old stained glass and huge chandeliers it’s the perfect setting for date night dinner or a good old catch up with the girls!
